Belated Happy Canada Day!

Canada is a country of great beauty, wonderful people, and interesting food combinations (poutine???). I can't wait to visit.

For Betty.... No the job doesn't pay more than what I am making currently. The pay is the same, but no benefits. I am only planning on working one shift per week. Probably Sunday evening from 3-11 pm. I really can't do any more than that.

I am hoping to rack up some hours in August. I have a month off from school, and I plan to take advantage of the time off. I want to save to go on a trip to Las Vegas with some friends in the fall.

Things have improved a little bit at home. We are not constantly fighting. We are actually getting along a little better. We just are spending a lot of time apart. I am not getting the constant pressure to be entertainment to him. Which makes me less resentful.

Tomorrow, for July 4th, we are doing a little cookout and fireworks. I am really looking forward to it. Hope you all have a fabulous holiday, too.
